The Pula depreciated against the Japanese yen by 3.7 percent

The Pula depreciated against the Japanese yen (3.7 percent); US dollar (1.5 percent) and euro (1.1 percent) but appreciated against rand (1.4); Chinese renminbi (1.1 percent) and British pound (1.0 percent) over a one-month period to the end of May 2019. However, in the twelve months to May 2019, the Pula appreciated against the rand (7.9 percent) but depreciated against the SDR currencies. The Pula depreciated against US dollar (8.8 percent); Japanese yen (8.6 percent); euro (4.3 percent); British pound (3.7 percent) and Chinese renminbi (1.1 percent).
