A summary of the Business Expectations Survey conducted by the Bank of Botswana between August and September 2016 is now available. This covers expectations in the business community of prevailing economic conditions up to December 2017. While the survey provides useful information concerning current perceptions of economic climate among the business community, users are advised that the BES is subject to inevitable errors associated with small samples. As such, results should be interpreted with due caution.
