The public is informed that the Bank of Botswana has released important information relating to the status of Kingdom Bank Africa Limited (KBAL), which is currently under the temporary management of the Bank in terms of section 33 of the Banking Act (CAP 46:04). The  public notice  explains the public administration process in greater detail including for KBALs’ depositors and borrowers.  An inventory of assets held by KBAL is also included to facilitate public inspection.
