In November, headline inflation remained at 4.3 percent, unchanged from October. Inflation fell for several commodity groups, including: alcoholic beverages and tobacco (from 8.9 to 8.5 percent); furnishing, household equipment and routine maintenance (from 5.3 to 4.8 percent); communication (from 0.1 to zero percent); recreation and culture (from 3.9 to 3.4 percent); and restaurants and hotels (from 7.0 to 6.5 percent).
