The Pula depreciated against the rand (1.8 percent) while appreciating against the pound (3.2 percent), yen (2.8 percent), euro (2.5 percent) and the US dollar (1.7 percent) in October. On an annual basis (twelve months to October 2014), the Pula depreciated against the pound (6.7 percent) and US dollar (6.8 percent) while appreciating against the euro (1.5 percent), rand (2.1 percent) and the yen (5.1 percent), respectively.
