The Pula depreciated against the rand (1.7 percent) while appreciating against pound (1.5 percent), euro (1.6 percent), yen (2.0 percent) and the US dollar (2.7 percent) in February. On an annual basis (twelve months to February 2014), the Pula depreciated against the pound (17.7 percent), euro (13.1 percent), US dollar (9.5 percent), and the yen (0.2 percent) while appreciating against the rand (9.8 percent).
