The annual State of the Nation address by His Excellency the President to the National Assembly on November 5 has been posted in the Bank of Botswana website.  The President used the occasion to inform the nation on progress in Government initiatives to improve the lives of Batswana. He covered the roadmap to a better Botswana that is contained in the Long-term Vision and the 10th National Development Plan, which are supported by flagship programmes for sustainable economic diversification, poverty eradication and citizen empowerment, with a particular emphasis on the youth.
