The DCI lost 0.25 percent

The Domestic Company Index (DCI) closed the week ending May 6 at 6 950.11 points, down by 17.6 points (0.25 percent) from 6 967.71 points the previous week. For the year to date, the index has risen by 8.38 percent. The Foreign Companies Index (FCI) closed the week relatively flat at 1 802.70 points compared to 1802.62 the previous week. A total of 1.62 million securities valued at P3.50 million were traded.
