The Domestic Company Index (DCI) closed the week ending March 18 at 6 937.28 points, down by 22.17 points (0.32 percent) from 6 959.45 points the previous week. For the year to date, the index has risen by 8.18 percent. The Foreign Companies Index (FCI) also registered a loss of 2.34 points (0.13 percent) to close the week at 1 802.07 points. A total of 5.59 million securities valued at P25.2 million were traded.
