The Domestic Company Index (DCI) closed the week ending March 4 at 6 952.34 points, up by 18.11 points (0.26 percent) from 6 934.23 points the previous week. For the year to date, the index has risen by 8.41 percent. On the other hand, the Foreign Companies Index (FCI) remained almost flat at 1 804.48 points and has risen by 7.80 percent for the year to date. A total of 3.1 million securities were traded for a turnover of P13.2 million.
