During December, the Pula appreciated against the yen (1.6 percent), the euro (3.0 percent), the US dollar (4.9 percent) and the pound (5.6 percent) while it depreciated against the rand (2.8 percent). On an annual basis the Pula depreciated against the rand (7.4 percent) and the yen (8.7 percent) while it appreciated against the euro (11.4 percent), the pound (7.7 percent), and the US dollar (3.6 percent), respectively.
