The 2010 State of the Nation Address can now be accessed from the Bank of Botswana website. The address was delivered by H E the President, Lt. Gen. Seretse Khama Ian Khama at the opening of the second session of the Tenth Parliament on November 8, 2010. The theme of the address was "Delivering People Centred Development".
