During April, the Pula appreciated against the yen (0.7 percent) and the euro (1.0 percent) while it depreciated against the rand (0.5 percent), the US dollar (0.1 percent) and the pound (2.0 percent). On an annual basis, the Pula appreciated against the pound (2.6 percent), the yen (2.7 percent), the US dollar (6.4 percent) and the euro (6.8 percent) while it depreciated against the rand (8.2 percent).
